Comfortable and spacious holiday home in Eggen located about 5 km from the pleasant town of Visp. Quietly located on various hiking trails in the beautiful nature reserve in the Baltschiedertal, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The beautiful wooden kitchen has a built-in refrigerator and dishwasher. There is an oven with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all kitchen utensils. The living room is cosily furnished with 2 nice sofas, TV and a dining area. The living room has a door to the balcony. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine. In the other bathroom is a sauna with shower cubicle. There are also 2 large bedrooms. One with a bunk bed, the other with a double bed. On the upper floor is a small bedroom with a double bed.

Through the hallway you enter the beautiful garden room which has a complete glass wall that can be opened completely. From this room you have a beautiful view over the Baltschiedertal and Rohnetal! In this room there is a large wooden table with benches where you can easily sit with 8 people. There is a washing machine, dryer and freezer. From here you can go to a fully fenced garden with sun beds.

We are Dick and Elsbeth v / d Bruggen, and found this house by accident in 2005 when we visited family on a bicycle trip to Switzerland. We fell spontaneously in love with this beautiful place in the mountains! When we bought the house it was outdated, but we have modernized it in the authentic style over the years. It is now a wonderfully comfortable house to stay in for a longer period of time, and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
