Our holiday home is located in the village of Vegby overlooking Lake Sämsjön.
A beautiful area with various possibilities.
For the sporty visitor.
- Start the day with a refreshing dip in the beautiful Lake Sämsjön at 150 meters.
- For the hiker, it is a must to walk through the largest moorland in southern Sweden between Tranemo and Ulricehamn: Komosse. On a path of 5 km you will get a wonderful impression of this area.
- For the cyclist there is the beautiful cycle path over the asphalted "Banvallen" to Ulricehamn. It is a trip of about 40 km there and back. The cycle path used to be the train track. It's a fun and easy bike ride. In summer, you can take a refreshing dip in the lakes Samsjön or Åsunden along the way.
- For fishermen there are several lakes where a wide variety of fish can be found (lake at 150 meters and boat available).
- Åsundsholms Golf Club is a 10-minute drive away.
- The ski slope of Ulrichehamn is a 25-minute drive away.
For the cultural visitor.
- The city of Gothenburg (1 hour) was built by the Dutch in the 17th century and has the same street pattern as Amsterdam and Jakarta. There are beautiful old buildings and several museums.
- Borås (30 min) a bustling student city with a beautiful zoo.
- From Ulricheham (25 min) you can take a boat trip on the lake, including to Åsastugan, where you can water ski.
- Gällstad is a must for bargain hunters (various outlets of designer clothes).
The house is completely free, but not isolated. Enjoy the pure nature and the sound of the stream in the garden.
Around the house you have a spacious garden of 2400 m2 with lawn. Parking space for cars. Garden furniture and grill available.
The house is heated with central heating.
The holiday home itself has room for 6 people and has two floors. Downstairs: a spacious living room, dining room, large kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, extra
room and upstairs; 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, in the hall is the toilet with a sink.
The spacious kitchen with 4 person dining table is equipped with all conveniences, coffee maker,
fridge/freezer, 4 burner electric stove, oven etc.
In the basement is the washing machine and the accessories of the boat.
The rental also includes the use of the 2 bicycles that are in the shed.
Security deposit is 150 euros.
Electricity and garbage collection will be deducted from deposit.
The changeover days are Fridays.
Arrival after 3 pm and departure before 12 noon.
