For those who are really "ready for a piece of Sweden", and are looking for peace and quiet, then this holiday home is the ideal base for a wonderful holiday in Sweden. In a clearing in the woods (last winter a strip of forest was unexpectedly cut down at the front by the wood/paper industry) between Munkfors and Hagfors, in the hamlet of By, just outside the village is this "nostalgic" 6 person Swedish holiday home. The holiday home is located a few dozen metres from the Klarävsbanen (the cycle path between Karlstad and Hagfors) and almost 2.5 km from the Rådasjön where you can enjoy swimming, fishing or other water recreation. Of course you can also enjoy a lovely walk in the woods, relaxed fishing or a boat trip on the many lakes or the mighty Klarälven. Because a strip of forest has been partly cut down at the front, you can enjoy the view with a fresh cup of Nespresso coffee, in the morning sun and you don't even have to leave the house in the evening for wildlife spotting, because the foxes, deer and moose almost walk through your garden.
From the large garden you have a beautiful view of the woods all around and you can enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature coming from the forest in peace and quiet. The nostalgic appearance can also be found on the inside, making it cozy and cozy. It is possible to enjoy a romantic DVD in the living room, by a crackling fire in the wood stove or to play a card game in the cosily furnished, separate dining room. You can also enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the fully covered veranda at the rear of the house, where you can sit freely! Even when the weather is not so good, you can enjoy the Swedish outdoors here. From January 2022 you will also have access to mobile internet here. This can sometimes disappear due to its location. But let's be honest, who needs the internet with so much beautiful nature around you.
Watching television is done via the internet and a chromecast, so you can use your own TV provider and have access to almost all streaming services that way (if you don't have a subscription to that of course).
