The apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace.
In the spacious hall is the door to the separate toilet. In the living area there is a dining area and a TV corner. There is a modern open kitchen, equipped with cooking facilities, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.

On arrival, the beds are made for you and towels are ready for use.
Located directly on the Klarälvsbanan (100 km car-free cycle path) there is an opportunity for a walk or bike ride. In the area are several nice local swimming stars, restaurants and ice cream cafes. For a typical Swedish pastry, you can go to the wood-fired oven bakery (Höje) or to the konditori (Hagfors)
There is also Wifi available and a smart TV.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rent.
