Here you will find the most complete accommodation in Sweden. We have an accommodation with just that little bit more. In the middle of nature where you experience peace and freedom. Where you can be active but do not have to compromise on comfort. We have furnished the holiday home according to modern standards. Here
you can enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

From June 2023, the adjacent house "Sarah" will also be available. Handy to book for larger groups or multiple families.

The surroundings of the Gwen holiday home invite you to be active. There are beautiful walking routes, beautiful lakes to fish or discover by canoe and paths to explore by bike.

There is a lake with a beach and play equipment 200 meters from the house. There is also a playground for children within walking distance.

The house has 2 bedrooms. One with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be made separately or as a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200) and a single bed (90x200). Both rooms have a spacious wardrobe.

Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combination oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The sitting area has a spacious corner sofa, armchair, TV (Chromecast).
There is WiFi in the house.

In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

There is a baby cot and high chair in the house

There are plenty of toys, games and craft materials available.

The spacious garden has a fire pit, wooden terrace with garden furniture and a hammock. There is a trampoline with safety net and the garden borders a forest.

There are 3 bicycles and 2 children's bicycles available for a bike ride

There is a canoe with life jackets, which can be driven to the lake (200 meters) with a cart.

Both the bicycles and the canoe are between the two holiday homes. Guests of both houses can use this.

In the wider area there are several beautiful places to visit within half an hour to 45 minutes' drive, such as waterfalls, a troll path, elk park, etc. There are also several ski areas in the area.

A larger city like Karlstad is a 50-minute drive away. And the city of Örebro, an hour's drive away, is also definitely worth a visit.

We are 2 families who think Sweden is a wonderful country. Peace, space and nature. We have already spent many holidays in Sweden. After each visit, we want to plan a new date for another visit during the return trip. At the beginning of this year (2020) we bought a house together in Sweden. In a few weeks we renovated the house and we are ready to give you a unique Sweden experience.

In order to be able to offer everyone a clean and fresh holiday home, we charge for the final cleaning
€75.00.

We do not ask for a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant does not return the rented property on the agreed date
can or will accept, he must inform the lessor of this immediately by email
to notify.
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before check-in. If canceled from 30
up to 7 days before check-in, you are entitled to a 50% refund. Finds the cancellation
place 7 days before check-in, no refund will be made.
If the reservation is made between 30 and 14 days before the check-in date
can be canceled up to 48 hours after the reservation. There is then a right to full
restitution. After these 48 hours, the aforementioned conditions apply.
