We offer House Sarah as a complete house. An accommodation with just that little bit more. In the middle of nature where you experience peace and freedom. Where you can be active but do not have to compromise on comfort. We have furnished the holiday home according to modern standards. Here
you can enjoy a well-deserved holiday.
The house will be available from June 2023 after a thorough renovation.
The surroundings of this holiday home invite you to be active. There are beautiful hiking trails, beautiful lakes to fish or discover by canoe and trails to explore by mountain bike.
There is a lake with a beach and play equipment 200 meters from the house. There is also a playground for children within walking distance.
The house has 2 bedrooms. One with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be made separately or as a double bed and 1 bedroom with a 2 single bed (90x200). Both rooms have a spacious wardrobe.
A folding bed can be added for a 5th person. The space in that bedroom then becomes somewhat more limited.
Opposite one bedroom is the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet.
A second toilet can be found at the entrance in the hall.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combination oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The sitting area has a spacious corner sofa, armchair, TV (Chromecast) and a wood stove (as of September 2024).
There is WiFi in the house.
In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
There is a baby cot and high chair in the house
Toys, games and craft materials are in a cupboard.
The spacious garden has a fire pit, wooden terrace with garden furniture and a hammock. There is a trampoline with safety net and the garden borders a forest.
There are 3 bicycles and 2 children's bicycles available for a bike ride
There is a canoe with life jackets, which can be driven to the lake (200 meters) with a cart.
Both the bicycles and the canoe are between the two holiday homes. Guests of both houses can use this.
In the wider area there are several beautiful places to visit within half an hour to 45 minutes' drive, such as waterfalls, a troll path, elk park, etc. There are also several ski areas in the area.
A larger city like Karlstad is a 50-minute drive away. And the city of Örebro, an hour's drive away, is also definitely worth a visit.
