Natural beauty surrounds this typical Swedish cottage called Ullaberg in the middle of the forest with its own lake 150 meters away where you can fish and use the rowing boat. Swimming in this lake is not discouraged but because of the vegetation I recommend two other beautiful lakes 800m and 2.5km away.
It is ideal for people who love the wild nature and want to relax but also would like to go to a restaurant which is possible in the nearest town Nyköping. There are boat trips to visit the Nyköping archipelago and Stockholm is a 1.15h drive away.
Ullaberg is located 20 km from the nearest town Nyköping, 100 km from Stockholm Center and 18 km from Skavsta Stockholm airport and fortunately no nuisance of aircrafts.
The environment is truly beautiful consisting of endless forests, lakes, typical Swedish red wooden houses and wild animals such as wild boar, deer, deer, badgers, foxes and moose, typical of this province of Sörmland.
The 'allemansrätt' in Sweden gives you permission to walk freely in forests and pick berries and mushrooms.
The cottage is located on the estate / farm Ånsta where Viking graves are discovered and where you can still see an old stone with 'rune script' that was once put there by the Vikings as a memorial stone.
Ullaberg has 2 bedrooms (both with two single beds), a bathroom with shower, a spacious kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
