The typical Swedish red holiday home Ellefors is located in a quiet place near forests and lakes where you can enjoy nature in peace. An attractive house and equipped with many comforts. The house is easily accessible in about 1.5 hours from Malmö.

We would like to invite you to rent our cozy holiday home. The house has a nice stove and the plot is private. The landscape offers many possibilities such as cycling and hiking trails and here you will find a lot of game, berries and mushrooms. A place to completely relax! For those who like it, internet (wifi) is included in the rental price.

The house is a traditional red-painted Swedish wooden house on a 3000 m2 plot. The forest begins at the edge of the plot. There is an outbuilding of 65 m2 with carport and two lockable storage rooms. There is also a wooden house for firewood. The landscape offers many possibilities such as cycling and hiking trails. Here you will find a lot of game, berries and mushrooms. Swimming is possible in one of the lakes nearby, the closest being less than 5 minutes away.

Driving times
Supermarket in Osby or Markaryd 20 minutes drive. Osby has several restaurants, shops, train station and the BRIO children's museum. Moose safari Smålandet 10 minutes drive. Helsingborg 1 hour away. Malmo 1.5 hours drive. The house is 15 minutes from highway E4 which takes you quickly to Stockholm/Malmö.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit: €150,-
Electricity: SKR2.50 per kWh based on use and subsequent calculation.
Internet WIFI: free and included in rental price.
Firewood for stove or fire pit: 30 SKR per basket.

PLEASE NOTE:
Guests must BRING THEIR OWN BED LINEN and TOWELS (kitchen and bathroom).
There are no bed linen or kitchen/bath towels available or to borrow. In double bed 1 (on the ground floor) there are two mattresses of 90 cm wide. In the double bed in bedroom 2 (1st floor) is a mattress of 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. And in the single bed (with pull-out drawer, 1st floor) is 1 mattress of 90 cm wide and 200 cm long.
There are also 5 duvets of 135x200cm and 5 pillows.

CLEANING of the house is done by the guest himself on departure according to instructions in the house folder.

CANCELLATION: If the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date for whatever reason, he must notify the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 90%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
