Holiday home Johannesdal is located near Lake Mien. The holiday home is for 4 people.
There is a seaside resort 4 km away (possible to rent a boat during high season) and 3 km from the house.
There is a small elk park 1 km from the house.

The house consists of:
Ground floor
- hall
- fully equipped kitchen
- dining area, seating area with TV, there is a large bacon stove in the living room
- bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, sink

Upper floor:
- Bedroom with 2 x single beds
- Bedroom with 2 x single beds.
A cot can be added in the largest bedroom. A high chair is also provided.

Outside there is a large covered terrace.
There is a grill area in the garden and you can use the hot tub (if you book for a short period or last minute, we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be available during your stay)
We charge €35 per stay to use the hot tub, payable upon arrival.

Wood : €7/60 l (only the owner's wood is allowed)

Pets not allowed.
The house and grounds are non-smoking.
According to Swedish tradition, no shoes are allowed in the house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Fixed costs are:
Security deposit: 250€
Electricity: 0,40€/kWh
Wood: 7€/60L(only the owner's wood is allowed)

Possibility of:(to be paid on the spot)
Final cleaning (Standard): 95€ (if you check out before 9 am, final cleaning is mandatory to book)
Bed linen: fitted sheet + duvet cover: 18€ per person
Internet: 5GB(10€), 20GB(20€), 100GB(30€) , to be paid on site

If you wish to use the bath tub, we ask you to pay 35€ per stay on site.
For short stays or last minute bookings, we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be available.

Bicycles (on site):
For the price of 70€, you have 2 women's bikes, 2 men's bikes, 2 children's bikes (16 inch and 20 inch) available during your stay.
The necessary children's helmets are also provided (under the age of 15 it is mandatory to wear a helmet in Sweden).

A reservation is only accepted after a deposit of 40% of the rent and this within 5 days.
The remaining amount of the rent + extras + deposit, must be paid no later than 90 days before arrival.
For bookings within 3 months before your stay, the payment is made once and this within 7 days
– In case of cancellation:
* no refund on the deposit
* In case of cancellation from the 90th to the 60th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 50% of the travel sum.
* In case of cancellation from the 60th day to 1 day before arrival, the cancellation costs are 90% of the travel sum.
