We are very satisfied with the 9 for hygiene, but I don't really understand the 4 for communication. Communication is mutual. Before passing judgment in the review, you should look at both parties. From our side we send enough information about 2 weeks before arrival. There you can read that we ask you to give a signal what time the arrival will be. We received an email from you an hour before you were due to check in, in which you wrote that you had decided to stay a little longer with family in Sweden and that you had decided to arrive on Sunday around 1 pm. You did this without first inquiring whether this was a good fit for us. We think this is communication from 1 side. As a result, we had to completely adjust our planning. During your stay, we answered all your questions. But when you argue with everything, and you didn't think it was necessary to clean the bover floor when you left, you had twisted the beds 90gr (even though it says in the info not to move furniture), you had an explanation for everything, you tried to disguise everything to be right. We love to communicate with our guests, but if you think you know everything better, then at some point the communication stops for us. So it's best to think twice before making a judgment.
