Agundaborg garden house is our new holiday home in Agunnaryd in southern Sweden. Agunnaryd is a small village in Småland and has a lot to offer: a beautiful nature reserve around the corner with beautiful walks along the river, water sports, fishing and lots of cycling opportunities plus a beautiful beach on the edge of Lake Agunnaryd.

All in all, the surroundings of Agundaborg garden house are a perfect location to discover the beautiful nature. The holiday home is located on the lake and only 400 metres from the village shop. There is a lot to do in the area. The IKEA museum is a 30-minute drive away. There is a moose park nearby plus many local farm shops that have the typical Swedish fika (coffee with a snack) on the menu. We have leaflets with tips about the area in the holiday home.

The cottage located in the woods with stunning views over the lake is an open space with a four-poster bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom is in a small building 10 meters from the cottage.

We are Roos and Simon Kemsley, we have been living in Sweden for more than 10 years and love the Swedish nature, the peace and space. For some time now, together with our three sons, we have been the proud owners of garden house Agundaborg. We enjoy the surroundings very much and want as many guests as possible to enjoy the beautiful nature of Småland, the unique history of Agunnaryd, the 'A' of IKEA and the beautiful beaches. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

We rent canoes, kayaks and Stand Up Paddle boards to explore the surrounding lakes. With the beautiful nature reserve in Agunnaryd highly recommended!
