Our house combines authentic Swedish craftsmanship with contemporary comfort. Renovated in 2025.

Ceiling height 195/ 200 cm, passage low.

The cottage is on the host's property, cozy and quiet!

1 cozy bedroom up to 5 guests ( 1 king size bed 180 x 200 cm, 1 bunk bed 80 x 200 cm and a folding cot).
Bed linen, blankets and pillows are included.

Kitchen with microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
Kitchen towels are included.

Bathroom with shower and heating
Towels are included.

Living room with comfortable sitting area

WiFi, electricity and water are included

The house is located in Torsås a short distance from hiking trails, lakes and traditional villages.

Perfect for those looking for peace and quiet, hiking, fishing or just enjoying the Swedish silence and fresh air.

Guest access

The cottage is completely at your disposal and is located on our property, next to the landlord's house. You are also welcome to use the host's garden.

Behind the cottage there is an open space with unobstructed views over the meadow where the sheep graze – perfect for quiet moments and to enjoy nature.

Just 200 meters away is a riding school, giving you a view of the horses. From the garden a 4 km long forest runs to the next village.

A little further down the road from our neighbors, you can buy fresh eggs, 300 meters.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by the tenant

Cancellations can only be made in writing by e-mail:

1. Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: € 50 administration fee.

2. Cancellation 30–14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental amount + € 50 administration fee.

3. Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental amount + € 50 administration fee.

4 . Early departure: full booking amount remains due.

5. No-show: if the renter does not arrive within 24 hours, 100% of the rental amount applies.

Cancellation by the landlord

1. In the event of force majeure (fire, natural disaster, serious damage or similar circumstances), the rent will be refunded (pro rata) including administration costs.

2. Further liability of the landlord is excluded.

Recommendation cancellation insurance

The landlord expressly advises to take out cancellation insurance to limit financial risks.

In front of the house is a nice spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long.
View of the Lagan, the longest river in southern Sweden, which runs past our house.
From the house you have a beautiful view over the Lagan and our large garden.

Through this door you enter the bedroom.
The house is furnished with new furniture, complemented by nice accessories that we found at the loppis.
It's all about cosy cosiness.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, extractor hood, oven and refrigerator. You still do the dishes, nice and old-fashioned, by hand. The perfect opportunity to review the day.

After a day in the Swedish outdoors, you can sleep soundly in this nice bed. They are 2 separate beds of 90x200 cm, so they can also be pushed apart if necessary.

Overlooking the garden. Behind the Silo (which we are going to transform into a hiker's cabin) is our forest

Do you want to see moose up close? Then a visit to Smålandet Älgsafari in Markaryd is recommended. Around the corner from us is Elinge Älgpark. Also very nice, but on a smaller scale.
