Enclosed garden with 1.20 meter high fence, perfect for dogs.
1 bedroom with a double bed in the main building and 1 guest house with 2 single beds. Tiny toddler/preschool room with bed 1.60 long and tripp trapp. Dog baskets and bins available.

Close to a small but cozy ski slope with rental. In the summer you can enjoy outdoor sports here. Close to the water (canoe available) and you can walk endlessly here! Supermarket and restaurants a 10-minute drive away. An hour's drive away is "Astrid Lindgren's Värld" and an adventure park.

We are Amber and Ronald and live in Loosdrecht.
We both have our own companies; Amber has a sailing school for adults and Ronald exports orchids to Germany. Together we have 4 dogs with whom we like to go out. That's why this house in Sweden came our way, because renting something with 4 dogs is often difficult. We thoroughly enjoy the beautiful surroundings and walk for many hours in the Swedish forests. We hope that more people will come and enjoy our beautiful spot.

Explanation of prices

Price includes cleaning, water, etc. and excludes electricity. The meter reading must be provided upon arrival and departure. €0.07 per kWh.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price. Deposit €250.00
