You have found your idyllic place in Swedish nature just 850 km from Utrecht. Rustic, simple thatched farmhouse from 1740 in the middle of the Snogeholm nature reserve, within walking distance of the lake Sovdesjön. The highest point of the area is a hill right next to the house where the mill used to be. Romantically decorated with good beds. Canoe with accessories, including canoe cart, available. The house is completely free and no cars are allowed in the area, except for those of residents. Deer, roe deer and wild boar are the neighbors and due to the lack of roads it is completely car quiet. Many walks and bike rides directly from the house. The sea and Ystad are 20 km away. There are three bedrooms with a total of six beds, these can be divided into 4 rooms because there is a sofa bed in the living room. Except for the living room, a small bathroom and a separate, spacious kitchen. The garden, with several seating areas, flows into the nature reserve.
There is a lot to do in the area: two castles within 5 km, many nice beaches and the port town of Ystad can be reached in less than half an hour, 45 km from the cities of Malmö and Lund and the Oresund Bridge.

Layout of the house
The house is 100m2. The house has a large kitchen and living room, three small bedrooms and the old bakery where the miller baked his breads.

The interior of the house is inspired by the year of construction 1740. Therefore very simple and solid: enamel no plastic for example. The interior is clean and complete. Good WiFi and large modern smart TV with casting options, comfortable beds and seating furniture, also in the garden.

Near the kitchen a bedroom with 2p bed (1.60). In the bathroom a bedroom with two single beds with a topper together, added to 1 bed of 1.60. In addition, a bedroom with an Auping bed of 1.80 wide and 2.10 long. Baby bed available.

The modern, small bathroom has a sink, toilet and rain shower.
Terrain
The house is located in a Natura 2000 nature reserve. It is a quiet, protected place without stimuli. The nearest neighbors in both directions are more than 600 meters away. The last 600 meters are only allowed for local traffic. However, hikers and riders and occasionally mountain bikers pass by from a distance. You have your own private garden in front of the house. You share the central area with the owners. If you only want to rent the house when the owners are not there, this is often possible. Please contact us with your dates and wishes.
