Spacious 9-person house with wellness and fitness, large garden on a lake in a biosphere environment.

The house is located in the small village of Svabensverk. Enjoy the pure nature and the sound of the waterfall in the garden.

Swimming, sunbathing and fishing around the private lake from the jetty in the large garden (5000m2). Everyone can relax here, but the area also invites you to an active holiday in all seasons.
You can make beautiful walking, cycling and boat trips from home. A folder full of excursions in the area is much appreciated by our guests.
Includes: ATB bicycles, large kayak with camping equipment for overnight stays on uninhabited islands and for trips on the lakes around the village. A beautiful 5-person double-hulled touring/fishing motor boat can be rented.

The very spacious house (240m2) is on the ground floor and fully equipped. There are five spacious sleeping areas. Due to its size, the house is also suitable for a large family or two families. In the basement there are two garages, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, the wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and shower. There is also a fitness room with, among other things, an exercise bike and treadmill. In the summer possibly. Sleeps 10 in a small playhouse.

Winter: Celebrate Christmas and New Year together with family or friends. An atmospheric winter holiday with winter sports options straight from home. When it snows, there are cross-country ski trails in the beautiful, tranquil nature. Ice skating on the lake or winter walks are also possible. Spectacular trips with husky sled dogs are also possible in the nearby area. Ice skates, cross-country skis and sleds are available and included.

We are Karin and Han and live in the Achterhoek. For several years now we have been enjoying our beautiful house and the surroundings in Dalarna (Central Sweden) every holiday. 240 m2 ground floor living area and 5000 m2 garden provide a wonderful feeling.
Peace and quiet are the features for this house and the area.

Your reservation also includes a large 3 person canoe (more canoes to book) to connect through meandering streams and lakes to uninhabited islands with sandy beaches and barbecue facilities.
Whether you up the mountain bikes for mountain tours in the endless forests and hills, where it is also good hiking.
Fishing and swimming is done from our own garden, or on the beautiful golden beach of 'Hawaii Beach'.
A great view of the lake Amungen you from 'Grejsanberget.
In the winter, the cross-country trails and skating rink cleared winter (3 and 7km) for the door.
Alpine skiing can be driving within an hour.
