VillaNoord

VillaNoord is a comfortable modern home, equipped with all amenities, with swimming pool. The house is in a beautiful location in Paramaribo-Noord at JBS Rebostraat 110 in Blauwgrond, one of the better neighborhoods of Paramaribo. Public transport and shops are within walking distance.
Choi's supermarket and Marie-Traite Mall are also within walking distance.
There are numerous restaurants in the area (including various warungs). To Hotel Torarica is a 7-minute drive, here is the center of the 'nightlife' (numerous restaurants, terraces, bars, casinos, etc.). The house is located in a safe neighborhood, the plot is fenced and the villa is equipped with so-called 'thieves' iron'. The neighbors are very friendly and hospitable.
The villa has 4 large bedrooms: 2 downstairs, one of which is a master bedroom with bath. All rooms have their own bathroom with toilet. There is also a separate bathroom and a separate toilet for general use. There is a spacious veranda at the rear. The villa is suitable for 8 people. The villa is rented as standard for 4 people. We charge a surcharge for additional persons.

New are the cabana with an outdoor sink, an outdoor toilet and an outdoor shower.

There is another house on the plot at the front. This property is intended for private use and is no longer rented.

There is a friendly manager who ensures that you are not short of anything. He does not live on site himself, but is always available. He is present on arrival and departure and cleans the pool weekly.

Deposit.
When booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remainder can then be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is made by transfer to a bank account.

Personal note.
We built the villa with a lot of love and care. We furnished it with items from the Netherlands. This is how you can find lamps from Ikea. The kitchen and garden furniture are also from Ikea. It feels very familiar and it's just like coming home, but with a holiday feeling. We are very proud of it!

All amenities are nearby. On the one hand close to Leonsberg near the Suriname river and on the other side close to the center of Paramaribo. For example, Hotel Torarica is nearby, which is very lively at night. Maritraite Mall, Shopping Street Jozef Israëlstraat, Chinatown Compertstraat, the Combémarkt, Choi's supermarket, KFC, Subway, Pizza Hut are also nearby and of course the well-known Javanese warungs are within walking distance.

The administrator is Rakesh Mahadew. He is very friendly and flexible. He understands the needs of our guests. He is available day/night for our guests.

Sandra is our friendly interior decorator. She is always in a good mood and cheerful, which makes me appreciate her very much. She is available on call (for a fee) for your cleaning work.

Tip: Go to Leonsberg, rent a boat with a skipper for a whole day and go to the mouth of the Suriname River. There you can swim and fish (bring your fishing rod). Be sure to take a boat tour on the Suriname River and the Commewijne River. Here you can admire the dolphins and flamingos. Grab a terrace near Hotel Torarica.
