The house is secured all around with iron thieves, alarm system and cameras, hot and cold water and in all rooms there is 110 and 220V. available.

To make your stay even more relaxed, the swimming pool has recently been expanded with a deck/terrace where you can relax after swimming with a book or (self-catered) nice drink. Or take a seat in the brand new cabana with adjacent bar.
For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower (mandatory before using the pool).
The spacious garden is very suitable for sports and games (beach volleyball, badminton).
The swimming pool is only accessible to young children when accompanied by an adult.
Entering and leaving the pool must be done via the stairs provided for this purpose. It is strictly forbidden to jump into the pool. The landlord is not liable for non-compliance with these rules.
At 10 minutes by car you are on the Jacques Gompertstraat, the area where you can go to the various supermarkets (including BestMart and Choi's) and the Sunday Javanese Saoena market for your tasty snacks and drinks.
At 15 minutes by car you are in the vicinity of Hotel Torarica, Het Vat, Leidseplein, with a wide range of restaurants, karaoke bar, discotheques and casinos.

Minimum rental period is 1 week.
The weekly price is € 675,- including use of bed linen and towels (2 pp) for indoor use. Wi-Fi, gas, water, use of swimming pool and electricity with normal use up to a maximum of 175 KWH per week. Consumption above this will be deducted from the deposit. The reservation is only final when 25% of the total amount has been paid.
Price per night: € 100,- use of electricity pro rata.
