Your reservation is confirmed after payment of 50% of the rental price. The remainder of the rental price, final cleaning and the deposit must be paid 15 days before the start of the rental period. The deposit is € 180,-. If no damage is found after the departure of the tenant, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant within 1 week after leaving the property. The electricity costs (if any), which exceed the basic consumption per week of 125 kWh, will be deducted from the deposit. This at a rate of €0.10 per kWh.

Cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
