Apartments A and B
There are 2 apartments, namely house A and house B
The 2 apartments are located on the Amimbastraat, a side street of the Munderweg and both have 110V/220V power supplies and are also equipped with hot and cold water.
There is a remote electric sliding gate.
Both apartments are secured with alarm and camera images (outside), thieves' iron and there is fast Wifi/internet.
All homes are equipped with air conditioning in the living/dining rooms and in the living room.
Bedroom rooms. Each apartment is also equipped with a television with many channels.
The house is 50 cm above street level and does not flood, even in heavy rainfall.
The house is centrally located with all shop/supermarket facilities in the vicinity and is easily accessible by public transport. There is also a private parking space for the car.
