Very neat and well-maintained upstairs apartment located at the beginning of the Boerbuitenweg within walking distance of the Kwattaweg and shops/supermarkets etc. as well as bus transport.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds.
Both rooms and the living room have air conditioning and hot water is available. All sliding windows and sliding door are/are also equipped with mesh windows/screen door so that unwanted insects are kept out while the windows/sliding door are open. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances and there is plenty of kitchen linen and clean bedding and other utensils. In the bathroom room there is a washing machine, both the upstairs and downstairs apartment can be rented. 110V plus 220V available.
The balcony has the width of the house and is secured by thieves' iron from the stairs and is connected to the neighborhood app.
The entire balcony has aluminum sliding windows and 2 fans. So more enjoyment and safety guaranteed. In short, a very pleasant and safe stay.
