This ground floor apartment has a veranda at the front, two bedrooms each with a double bed, equipped with air conditioning, one with sink, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toilet and bathroom. Up to four people can stay. All windows have iron bars. Smoking in the house is not allowed.

We rent out fully furnished apartments at a reasonable price so that you can enjoy Suriname without any worries. The apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms, a spacious shower and an open kitchen with dishwasher. At the front is a porch.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is WIFI everywhere in the building.
Prices are based on the maximum number of guests and include electricity consumption of up to 500 kWh per week. Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit after check-out at local rate.

Also to be arranged for you: transport to and from the airport.

You will stay in the Rainville district, located in Paramaribo-Noord in Suriname. Various amenities such as supermarket, bakery and swimming pool are within walking distance. The entertainment centre, historic city centre and Palm Garden are a 5-minute drive away.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price for the apartment does not include the deposit of €100,-.

It is possible that the reservation or booking of an apartment you have made cannot take place. Below you will find the cancellation policy.

As long as the rental agreement has not been signed by both the landlord and tenant or the booking request via a platform has not been accepted by the landlord, the rental period is not yet final and a reservation made can be cancelled free of charge within the agreed response period.

A cancellation can only be communicated in writing by the tenant and the costs depend on the

the date of written cancellation:

• Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge;

• Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price;

• Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price;

• Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), the full rent remains due.

The deposit will be refunded.
