As a retiree, but also the fact that I cannot stay in this beautiful house all year round, where I have many wonderful memories, I would like to offer this house to future tenants. This house is located in a small
quiet area, in a green area and yet close to the heart of the city of Paramaribo.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 40% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 60%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
