Viver is a beautiful village with all amenities. Located 70 km from Valencia, 70 km from Teruel and 70 km from Castellón. An excellent location for day trips! Various walking and cycling routes (Vía Verde) from our house. You have access to a spacious apartment with a large private terrace. We have a salt water swimming pool (use upon consultation). Silence, tranquility, beautiful view, ideal to relax. Walking, reading, meditating, stargazing. In half an hour you can walk through the nature to the village, for a fresh sandwich or a beer on the terraces. We have information for day trips, Albarracín, Rubielos de Mora, Sagunt with its beach and history. What is special about Viver is that it cools down at night and you can sleep well.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
