Cancellation PolicyIf the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they will always need to confirm this to the host via email or phone. The host will charge the following amounts, depending on the guest's written cancellation date:

For short-term bookings (less than 28 nights)

Cancellation more than 10 days before the start of the rental period: No charge.
Cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the rental period and more than 2 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rental price.
Cancellation less than 2 days before the start of the rental period: No refund.

For long-term bookings (more than 28 nights)

Cancellation more than 31 days before the start of the rental period: No charge.
Cancellation less than 31 days before the start of the rental period and more than 5 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the total rental price.
Cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the rental period: No refund.
