Beautiful holiday home, suitable for a maximum of 12 people or 11 people and 2 children up to a maximum of 10 years old. Located in the authentic Spanish village of Godelleta. Each room/suite has comfortable beds and a private bathroom. In addition, there is a common area with a living room, kitchen and dining room. A private swimming pool and a pool bar are also provided. Ideal for families or multiple families. The garden is very spacious and completely fenced, so lots of privacy.
Quietly located, bordering a nature reserve. The holiday home is a 5-minute drive from the village of Godelleta and a half-hour drive from the beautiful city of Valencia. In the neighboring village of Cheste (10 minutes drive) there is a train station with a direct connection to Valencia.
But the interior is also definitely worth a visit, including the beautiful Utiel-Requena wine region. Beautiful walks can be taken to nearby villages/areas.
We live on the same property in our own home. As a result, we will be regularly present to maintain the garden, plants and swimming pool. We also supervise the tidyness of the rooms and other areas and expect items to be treated with respect. Of course, this will be done with as little inconvenience as possible and, if necessary, in consultation. We have 4 cats that regularly walk around the grounds, they are very sweet and curious.
