In the middle of the fruit trees, next to our house, you will find your beautiful, quiet apartment with all amenities.
You can also use the grounds with our beautiful new swimming pool and beautiful garden with lovely sun terraces and beautiful views of the mountains. The area around Turis is very suitable for walking, cycling or sightseeing by car. The center of Valencia and the beach are just over half an hour's drive away. Breakfast or dinner is possible in consultation for a reasonable fee.
No parties allowed. Visits in consultation.

We are a 60+ couple who have been happily married for over 35 years. We have 2 adult sons, so we have plenty of time for ourselves and we have decided to live in Spain for the wonderful Mediterranean climate. We have found a nice house and we want to introduce more people to the beautiful interior. That is why we built our apartment so that you can also taste this atmosphere of real Spain. We hope to meet you soon at your place near Valencia.

Explanation of prices

Rates include final cleaning but exclude service costs. You can cancel up to 1 week before arrival, after which you owe 50% of the rental price. If you cancel 2 days or less before the arrival day, you will pay 100% of the rental price.
Smoking is only allowed outside. The deposit is 250 euros per stay to be paid locally.
