Our nice apartment in Canet d'En Berenguer is located on the Valencian coast, was completed 2 years ago and is therefore in new condition. The complex is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful wide sandy beach with palm trees and the promenade and 25 minutes by car to Valencia.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, 1 separate bathroom, an open kitchen, spacious living room and 2 spacious terraces. The cozy living room is adjacent to the spacious front terrace. On this terrace you have sea views and the sun rises here. You also have a view of the beautifully landscaped swimming pool with the Mediterranean garden. We have placed a lovely lounge set here where you can enjoy the sea view in the morning sun while enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. If it is too hot in the sun in the summer, you can sit here in the afternoon and evening nice and cool in the shade.

The bedrooms are both adjacent to the rear terrace of over 25 m2. This terrace has a view of the mountains and the historic village of Sagunto in the distance. This terrace has afternoon sun and you can see the sun setting beautifully behind the mountains every day. On this terrace we have a nice dining area and 2 sunbeds to enjoy the afternoon sun.

The building has an impressive roof terrace on the 20th floor with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea, the wide beaches, the villages and the mountains. There is also a panoramic swimming pool (open all year round) and there are sunbeds and lounge sets where you can enjoy the view. At the gastrobar you can order drinks in high season.

On the ground floor there is a stylishly landscaped walk-in swimming pool with children's pool, sunbathing area and a Mediterranean garden with palm trees and native plants and a coffee bar with a small menu (high season). There are also 2 padel courts, a playground, a gym and a spa with sauna, water jets and hydromassage.

Our apartment includes wifi, bed linen, towels and beach towels. Extra to book: high chair, cot and 2 postcode lottery bikes.

Welcome! We are Marco and Brigit and we would like to introduce you to our wonderful apartment on the Valencian coast. We have furnished our apartment with care and equipped it with all comforts and often go there ourselves to enjoy the nice place. We have 2 cozy terraces with a view of the mountains or the sea and swimming pool, so you can choose whether you want to sit in the sun or shade, you can see the sun rise and set, the sea is within walking distance, in short: enjoy!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The tenant will only process reservations from persons who are 22 years of age or older. The tenant reserves the right to refuse to process a reservation at any time - without giving reasons. If the landlord accepts your reservation, the landlord will send you a written confirmation, including an invoice, within 14 days after the reservation has been made. You must check this for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately to the landlord. If you are not in possession of a written confirmation/invoice within 14 days after the reservation has been made, you must contact the landlord immediately, failing which the reservation cannot be invoked. An agreement is concluded between you and the landlord at the moment that the landlord has sent you the written confirmation of your reservation and an invoice.

If a reservation is cancelled, cancellation costs are due. These amounts are 30% of the total costs for cancellations up to 2 months before the day of arrival and 40% of the total costs for cancellations up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival and the total costs/agreed rent within 4 weeks before the day of arrival. You can insure yourself against this risk by taking out cancellation insurance yourself. If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation.

Force majeure and change
In the event that the landlord is temporarily or temporarily unable to perform the agreement in whole or in part due to force majeure, you will submit a proposal for amendment for a different period within 14 days after it has become aware of the impossibility of fulfilling the agreement.

There is plenty to do around our apartment. Here is some more information and tips about the area:

Canet d'En Berenguer is a nice coastal village 25 minutes' drive from Valencia. Canet has a pleasant boulevard where all restaurants are open in the afternoon and evening in summer with many terraces, market stalls and food trucks. It's pleasantly busy then. Out of season, the restaurants here are mainly open in the afternoon or closed for the season. There are also a number of restaurants in the village center and around the complex. These restaurants/cafes are open all year round. Out of season it is wonderfully quiet in Canet, but certainly not deserted. If you are looking for a bit more liveliness, you can walk along the sea in 25 minutes to the next village: Port Sagunt / Puerto Sagunto. Many restaurants and terraces are open here all year round.

The lovely wide beach of Canet is located 800 meters from Gran Canet, about a 12-minute walk. If you walk straight ahead you will come to a nice bay. Turn right there and walk to the next village: Port Sagunt.
The boulevard begins on the other side and the long, wide beach begins to the left of the harbor. There are several wooden paths on the boulevard that lead you via the dune strip to the beach. The beach has been awarded the prize for the best beach in Spain for two years in a row and it receives the Blue Flag every year. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Valencian Community.
With 1250 meters of coastline, more than 300 days of sunshine per year and an average annual temperature of 17º, Canet is really the ideal place to spend your holiday all year round. The fine and soft sand, the characteristic palm trees, the crystal clear sea, the dunes... What more could you want?

The center of Valencia is a 25-minute drive away. This beautiful city with a wide choice of tourist and cultural activities is a must visit! Think of the famous Museum of Arts and Sciences, as well as the historic center, the cathedral, the Central Market, the Lonja de Seda (Silk Exchange), the Estación del Norte train station, the Royal Marina, or enjoy a sunset boat trip on the more of La Albufera.

The Sierra Calderona is a vast, mountainous area. The highest mountain reaches just over a thousand meters. But make no mistake, this still provides a beautiful nature reserve with incredible views. The nature reserve is quite large, covering more than 18,000 hectares. The activities you can undertake are very diverse. There is plenty to do for nature lovers, but lovers of ruins and castles can also indulge themselves.

Sagunto has a rich history and has been of great importance to Spain. Almost all rulers that Spain has had throughout history have left their mark on the city. This is reflected in the many historical monuments that can be visited in the city. The castle, which is located on the mountain next to the city, has been inhabited by Romans, Moors, Iberians and Carthaginians.

The San Jose Caves are about a 25-minute drive from the apartment. These beautiful caves are located in the center of the municipality of Vall de Uxó. The caves are very unique, because in these caves you will find the longest navigable underground river in Europe. There are a lot of caves in Spain, but only a few are actually accessible to visitors. The caves of San José are no less than 2750 meters long. Unfortunately, not the entire section is accessible to tourists. There are 800 meters accessible to curious visitors.
