Casa Montelira stands on top of the mountain with a panoramic view over La Sénia with the sea and Vinaros behind it.
The casa has 2 bedrooms (1 with air conditioning), a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with air conditioning. The kitchen has an espresso machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor and a spacious fridge with freezer. Amenities include wifi, a TV and a washing machine. There is also a hall closet where the vacuum cleaner, ironing board and extra cupboard space are available.
Outside you can enjoy your own terrace with dining table and 6 chairs and 2 sun beds. On the way to the heated swimming pool past the owner's house, you will find an extra toilet, a canopy where you can sit out of the sun and by the pool is an outdoor shower to cool off and there are also 6 sun beds. From here you can take a perfect picture of the surroundings and maybe you will also be lucky that the Spanish imperial eagles fly over with their wingspan of about 2 meters. They often circle around in groups, which is quite impressive.
Casa Montelira is located in the middle of the olive trees, where you can also encounter a fox or jackal, as well as wild boars. In short, in the middle of Naturparc Els Ports! It is a wonderful hiking area here, near the reservoir of Ulldecona (10 min. drive), but also only 5 min. of La Sénia with all amenities and restaurants. The beach is approx. 20-25 min. and you can still park your car there for free.
It is a special year, because solar eclipse is expected on August 12, 2026 in this region and Casa Montelira is 20 minutes away from a good viewing point!
