You will stay in an oasis of peace with complete privacy. Both from the spacious balconies and the terrace with swimming pool you have a breathtaking view over the valley with citrus trees and you can enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset in the evening.
The villa is fully equipped, large swimming pool of 10 / 5 m. with sunbeds and outdoor shower. For the preparation of the meal you have an outdoor kitchen with grill/barbeque with sink and running water.
Garden with a large fence offers a lot of privacy. Behind the house there is a garden with orange/lemon/pomegranate and grapefruit trees. The basket is ready and enjoy the fruit!

The villa has a modern kitchen with oven / microwave and dishwasher, fridge and freezer. In the utility room extra large fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board with iron and vacuum cleaner. Living room with air conditioning, TV, lounge sofa and dining table with chairs.
Upstairs 4 bedrooms with double beds. All rooms have air conditioning and a spacious balcony with beautiful views. The whole house has shutters and mosquito nets. The 3 bathrooms have a modern look with walk-in shower, wide sink and toilet.
The surrounding area invites you to various activities, half an hour from the beach and the cultural center of the city of Valencia and the airport 35 min. ride. You can also take beautiful walks with waterfalls and lakes where you can swim. Montroy and Montserrat are nice little places with restaurants and terraces and large supermarket (Mercadona). In the summer months of July and August there are many fiestas, such as "Semana Musica" classical music every evening in the square surrounding the church. Market on Mondays in Montroy and on Tuesdays in Montserrat.
