If you are looking for a Villa with lots of privacy , a large (fenced) OWN swimming pool and a separate guest house, then you have now found it. Villa Canta Corazon is then the place to be!! Your own paradise in a beautiful valley with nature, beach and city (Valencia, Gandia).
Villa Canta Corazaon is decorated with Spanish vibes and equipped with every comfort. The house is located in the middle of an enclosed tropical garden with lots of privacy. This way you have little or no insight into the house, the terraces and the swimming pool.
Sleeping well on holiday is very important to us, so the bedrooms are quietly located and have comfortable beds. There are different models of pillows at your disposal! All double bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, mosquito windows, (blackout) shutters and curtains. But also built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space and in the master bedroom and in the casita is also a chest of drawers. Unpack your suitcase!
The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, spacious walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, hairdryer, sufficient storage space, towels & hand soap.
The living room with new wood-look open kitchen & cozy sitting area is light, nicely decorated and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding valley / mountains. This room is also air-conditioned. The kitchen itself is equipped with all desirable comforts, such as a dishwasher, induction hob, Siemens combi oven/microwave, spacious fridge and freezer, coffee maker, milk foamer, toaster, juicer, blender, hand blender.....
The cupboards are also filled with Spanish crockery, sufficient and various types of glasses and cutlery. The pots, pans and cooking utensils are of excellent quality. Tea towels and kitchen towels are in the drawer.
We provide, for when you arrive, oil, spices, some dishwasher tablets, a kitchen sponge, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, tea, a bottle of water & a delicious wine with olives.
In the sitting area is the large (smart TV) flat screen where you can enjoy Netflix and stream your own wishes. There is Wi-Fi from Movistar.
A washing machine, ironing board, iron, washing lines and vacuum cleaner are at your disposal just in case, but that's not what you come for!
On your various private terraces and on the balcony, adjacent to the cozy living room where there is also a cozy dining table, you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and a beautiful view of the valley / mountains. All this breathes the atmosphere of relaxation and vacation ...
Balcony upstairs and terrace downstairs are dining tables with chairs and a dining bench and a sitting area & by the pool are the sunbeds and a seat to have a drink under the parasol.
There is a utility room downstairs with BBQ (gas), sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine. In the garden near the large swimming pool (10x4) is the outdoor shower and the separate casita (guest house) with its own bedroom/bathroom/terrace, a private place for your guests, grandpa & grandma...
In the swimming pool of 10m x 4.50 you can relax on a lounger or enjoy a daily workout by swimming a few laps...
The house is wonderfully quiet, but you are still close to everything! The beautiful old city of Valencia is a 35' drive away, but you can also take the train to the center (30'), the village of La Barraca d'Aigues Vives with a daily bakery and café at 25' walk and Alzira, at 10 ' drive, the sandy beaches of Cullera, Gandia, Xeraco at 20' drive. Hiking in the beautiful mountains, great views, golf at La Galiana at 5 minutes (one of the most beautiful courses in Spain), the cozy medieval town of Xàtiva at 15 minutes. But just 'staying at home' won't get boring with the swimming pool that will be further embellished in February 2023.

We do not live on the property ourselves, but the house is located in a normally inhabited residential area, with houses at a considerable distance from each other. So no holiday park, so you have enough privacy & tranquility during your holiday.
We have furnished Villa Canta Corazon with a lot of love and maintain it as well as possible. The Villa is a really wonderful holiday home, but not intended as a party place.
We value honesty and have respect for our Spanish neighbors and the nature around us and we expect the same from our tenants. Welcome!
