Our attractive house is located near the cozy and beautiful VALENCIA in authentic Spain.
The house is located between orange and almond orchards and has a breathtaking view of the mountains. The site is completely fenced off so that privacy is guaranteed. The house has several pergolas and verandas where you can enjoy lunch. Dinner or just to relax.
Our comfortable house, with private swimming pool, is suitable for 6 people.
A cot, car seat and high chair are available on request. The house has 3 luxurious bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed and plenty of closet space and 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed with separate duvets, the beds of which can also be pushed apart. Air conditioning available.
3 spacious fully equipped bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, bath and shower. The master bedroom has a double sink. Towels and bed linen are provided. From your bed you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the beautiful Spanish landscape and observe the beautiful sunrise behind the mountains. In the living room there is a TV with which you can receive all your channels via Chromecast and also watch Netflix. In winter the house can be kept warm by air conditioners that can be hot and cold, a wood stove and a gas heater. There are solar panels on the house.
You can enjoy the sunrise or sunset on the various terraces.
The luxurious large swimming pool has a beautiful veranda where you can enjoy the view in the shade. Relax, read a good book or watch a movie on your tablet on one of the sun loungers or garden chairs. A lovely large outdoor BBQ is available.
Real de Montroy is about 3 km away, where there is a large supermarket (Mas y Mas) and if you drive another 2 km you will arrive in Montroy, where you will find the cozy pizza restaurant Il Birbone. Cozy and very affordable. If you drive to Montserrat (5 minutes) you will arrive at the nearest larger town which has a number of very well stocked supermarkets such as the well-known Mercadona with many fresh products. In Montserrat there are more restaurants such as Casa Diego, which has a fantastic menu for very attractive prices. There are also other cozy shops in Montserrat.

The luxury kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven and kettle.
The attractive living room has a large dining table with chairs. The luxurious sofa with TV makes it complete.
The house is surrounded by a fence so that the entire site remains private. Pets in consultation.
The entire site is approximately 1200m2 and is completely private.
The beautiful and cozy Valencia and the airport are only half an hour from Montroy. It is very easy to reach by car. The roads are excellent.
In the summer there are many activities such as In Montserrat where the Semana Musica takes place at the end of July and beginning of August. Classical music every evening on the square around the church. In March there are Fallas parties in Valencia, but it is also celebrated in the villages with music parades, fireworks and, above all, lots of fun.
Every Monday there is a weekly market in Montroy and every Sunday morning and Tuesday in Montserrat. There are excellent healthcare facilities (such as a general practitioner and dentist).
Valencia has many parking garages. The beautiful city is divided into an attractive old and authentic part and a super modern part, which makes this city very special. We can recommend a guided bicycle tour. Valencia has many restaurants, culture, architecture and beautiful and cozy shops. A beautiful large beach with a pleasant boulevard where you can taste the Spanish atmosphere.
A dog beach is located near Valencia and is called la Peneda.
If you want to visit real Spanish villages, there are nearby: Brunol, Cullera and Xativa, known for its castle with 30 towers and Cuera. In Montanejos you can enjoy hot springs. Some larger places are Torrent towards Valencia and Gandia and Murcia towards Alicante.
