The house is very cozy and attractively furnished for 6 people. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and 2 luxurious bathrooms. A spacious living room with a brand new '55 flatscre smart TV, pellet stove and air conditioning (hot/cold) and a fully equipped and modern open kitchen with dishwasher. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. Internet is provided with 8 megas, so you can watch your favorite applications (Netflix,Amazon,Disney,etc) through our smart TV. There are several verandas and pergolas for outdoor dining or relaxing at the private pool with an outdoor shower. The site is completely fenced off, privacy guaranteed. Great for families with children. Pets in consultation. From the balcony you have a beautiful view and if you like to wake up early,the sunrise from the veranda will make you happy and cheerful. The location is Balcon de Montroy, Spaniards call it an "urbanizacion" (a conglomerate of private villas and country houses with about 800 people living there permanently. The roads are brand new asphalted and in perfect condition. The house offers peace and space for total relaxation and fun. On the side of the house there is a large place to play with children. smoking is only allowed outsideRestaurants and large supermarkets (Mas y Mas) are about 8 minutes away. drive in Real de Montroy. After another 2 km you will find Montroy where you will find a fantastic pizza restaurant (Il Birbone). After another 1 km you will come to Montserrat, the main town of this beautiful area, where the large supermarket Mercadona is located and a super large Chinese homeware store (Alysia y Anni) where it is fun to browse alone. Also in Montserrat is the excellent restaurant Casa Diego where you can eat excellent food for a reasonable price, both lunch and dinner.
Valencia airport is about a 30-minute drive away as is the capital VALENCIA.
