I don't like the location because you are far from shops and restaurants (which are also often closed). And bothered by barking dogs in the neighborhood, even at night. But that does not alter the fact that I can absolutely recommend this house.

The only tricky thing is that there is no fence around the terrace, so we couldn't really leave the little one outside alone, but we quickly had solutions for that.
