Detached attractive 2-6p villa with private pool with phenomenal views of the green valley, mountains and sea! The ideal holiday home to spend with max. 6 pers and explore the wide, beautiful surroundings. The entire house with lots of privacy was renovated in 2024 and the décor is tasteful and brand new! In addition, no problems with mosquitoes due to monthly control by a specialized company in the high season!  

Studio
Through the driveway and via the stairs you will find a spacious 2-person studio with its own entrance, equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The studio is located directly on the swimming pool (8x4m), overlooking the rock garden and beautiful views. 

Main residence
An external staircase leads to the 1st floor and you will find a large covered terrace. Here is the entrance to a spacious and bright living room with large patio doors at the front. In the living room there is a smart TV and air conditioning. From the spacious lounge sofas, the view is one big painting both day and night, which you can never get enough of!

The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, airfryer and nespresso coffee machine, and equipped with all conceivable kitchen utensils and crockery. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee at the kitchen bar. On this floor you will also find two attractive bedrooms (2x1-person bed and 1x2-person bed) with patio doors, air conditioning in both rooms and large deep built-in wardrobes. In addition, a modern bathroom with toilet, bath/shower and two sinks.

The house has a high-quality finish, with roller screens on the windows, sliding screen doors on the outside doors and blackout shutters on the majority of the windows. The lower laundry room offers use of a new washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and an extra large fridge/freezer.

Terraces
Enjoy various terraces around the house including the attractive covered terrace with luxury outdoor kitchen with large BBQ, table grill, fridge and a spacious wooden dining table. In addition, there is a spacious terrace by the pool with outdoor shower, 4 sunbeds, 1 umbrella, 4 beach chairs, a high bar/dining table with 6 high chairs. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, adjacent to a nature reserve and therefore plenty of privacy and there are beautiful views towards mountains and sea. It is extra fun to watch the sun go down from the comfort of your armchair! 

Around garden
The house is surrounded by a beautiful rock garden with a diversity of cacti, palm trees, oleanders and bougainvilleas. Various paths with seats where you can find a lovely spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning and/or find the shade.

Due to different levels and stairs around the house, it is less suitable for guests who have difficulty walking or have difficulty walking and may also be less suitable for very young children (toddlers). In this hilly area, a car is a requirement to explore the region and to do your shopping.

Environment
Casa MOSYNE is an ideal base to explore the area. At 5 minutes by car you will find several supermarkets and the village of Pedreguer. In about 15 minutes you are in the historic cities of Javea and Denia, with their long beaches, harbors, cozy terraces and restaurants. The beautiful Jalon Valley is also a 15-minute drive away. Moraira is 25 min. and also the historic town of Altea is easy to reach. On the coast are several picturesque bays and beaches, such as Granadella and El Portet. In the area there are ample opportunities for beautiful walks. For nature lovers, the Montgo mountain is a must with both difficult and easy routes! For golf enthusiasts, there are several golf courses to visit in the immediate vicinity.

Alicante and Valencia airports, both cities an hour away 

But of course you can also relax by the pool. In short, something for everyone! Here you will experience an unforgettable holiday!
