Enjoy the Sun, Sea and Mountains in the province of Alicante
Finca Bugayeta offers the best of three worlds due to its unique location; the countryside, the sea and the mountains and the liveliness of cities such as Alicante and Valencia. Are you looking for peace and space but do you also want to be able to do all kinds of things such as a day at the beach, a city trip or walking in nature? It's all possible and everything within half an hour to an hour's drive.
Finca Bugayeta is easily accessible and yet in the campo. Connected to the CV800, you can descend to the coast or take the Carresqueta mountain pass towards Alcoy. A rustic country house surrounded by plantations of almond trees and olive trees bordering nature and green mountainous landscape. The town of Jijona is 2.5 kilometers away where there are good supermarkets.
Our upstairs apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and we are very much looking forward to letting guests enjoy this beautiful location and the Valencia region. The finca consists of 3.5 hectares where we have also created a paradise for our 2 horses and small pony.
The upstairs apartment is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 6 people. The layout consists of a dining room with kitchen, a TV/relax room, 3 bedrooms and a shower toilet. Outside, several seating areas have been created with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The beautiful beaches of El Campello and San Juan are 25 minutes away. The cozy and lively city of Alicante is also only a 35-minute drive away.
For those who want to walk, interesting hiking trails have been mapped out in the interior of Ibi and Alcoy. An area with many possibilities and also important, with many hours of sunshine!
Note: we consider the house and yard less suitable for very young children. For a carefree stay, children from the age of 10 are welcome at our rural finca.
