Beautiful holiday home, suitable for up to 10 people or 9 people and 2 children up to 10 years old. Located in the authentic Spanish village of Godelleta. Each room/suite has comfortable beds and a private bathroom. In addition, there is a common area with a living room, kitchen and dining room. A private swimming pool and a poolside bar are also provided. Ideal for families or multiple families. The garden is very spacious and fully fenced, so lots of privacy.
Quiet location, adjacent to a nature reserve. The holiday home is a 5-minute drive from the village of Godelleta and half an hour's drive from the beautiful city of Valencia. In the neighbouring village of Cheste (10 minutes drive) there is a train station with a direct connection to Valencia.
But the interior is also well worth a visit, including the beautiful wine region of Utiel-Requena. Beautiful walks can be made to nearby villages/areas.
We live on the same property in our own home. As a result, we will be regularly present for the maintenance of the garden, plants and swimming pool. We also supervise the tidying of the rooms and other areas and expect to be treated with respect. Of course, this will be done with as little inconvenience as possible and, if necessary, in consultation. We have 4 cats that regularly walk around the property, they are very sweet and curious.
