Villa Roca is a tastefully and modernly furnished beach house with a great location: from the garden you walk directly onto the fine sandy beach. The house offers fantastic sea views. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a sea view. The garden is completely fenced. The house has just been completely renovated and is suitable for a maximum of 11 people.

Cullera is only a 45-minute drive from Valencia city. By train from Cullera station you have a direct connection to Valencia and you can get there in half an hour. The Posidonia water sports club is 5 minutes from the house. You can rent paddles there for standup paddling or a surfboard for wave surfing. You can take wonderful walks and bike rides in the beautiful nature and mountains nearby. You can play golf in the two clubs nearby.

The beach house is owned by three Belgian families. They have refurbished the house and renovated it into a cozy, family home for themselves and for the others. Together, there have already been blissful beach holidays. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices are based on the Belgian school holidays. The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of chargeIn case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental priceIn case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental priceIf the tenant is cancelled from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental priceIf cancelled from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental priceIf the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
