Anca Ayora, a special place in nature!

This house has a warm and unique style. We love art, beauty and culture and have expressed this in the interior! Anca has its own solar facility and uses clear water from the mountains. The adventure of offgrid in combination with the luxury and special décor makes your stay in Anca Ayora an unforgettable experience!

There are no close neighbors, the nearest house is at least 500 m away. Anca Ayora is the last house in the hills, Anca has complete privacy!

Anca is easily accessible via a paved road.

Where?
An hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia, Anca Ayora is located in the hills near the authentic Spanish village of Ayora. There you can enjoy the peace, space and silence while the village can be reached in 10 minutes. It is also a nice place for the holidaymaker passing through and is 0ok accessible by camper.
Where the eagle soars and the olives grow, you can walk, enjoy the views and stay in the spacious garden.
The children's (and pet) safe garden has a mighty view over the valley and the castle of Ayora, the honey village of Spain!

The greenhouse
The conservatory has the first morning sun, the view over the valley with the olive trees is a wonderful place for morning coffee and tea!

The living room
The living room is cosily furnished, with a nice and comfortable pellet stove and the two sofas on which you can relax. You can have lunch in the living room at the large table, but this is of course also possible in the conservatory, outside in the sun or under the centuries-old olive trees. :-)

The kitchen
Anca Ayora has a well-equipped kitchen, with lovely views of the valley, you walk through patio doors to the garden and can have breakfast under the Spanish sun!

The bathroom
The bathroom has a large rain shower and a bath, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. 

The bedrooms
Anca has two cozy bedrooms, each for two people, in the conservatory there are also sleeping options. In the garden there is enough space for a tent if you want! 

One of the bedrooms has a spacious separate workplace and sitting area.

The village of Ayora
You can swim for free in the large balsa in the village, visit one of the many cozy terraces or enjoy delicious food in the many restaurants! There is a famous vegetarian restaurant in the village, called La Pinea. The sturdy castle can be visited, twice a week there is a market with many fresh products. Of course there are several supermarkets. The area is green, hilly and rich in water and it is wonderful to walk and cycle here!
Anca Ayora is wonderful for 4 people, two more is also possible... :-)A children's tent is always allowed, pets are welcome, parking is of course free in the private parking spaces. For questions, send us a message or a call :-)

We ask for a deposit of €300, - which will of course be returned if Anca Ayora is left tidy, we actually assume that. 😄🙏The prices include gas, electricity, water, bed linen, internet and use of towels, games, books, etc..
The cost of the final cleaning is €75,-The manager is easily accessible and generally nearby , there is a good description of the house in several languages.
Payment for the period is made in advance by bank.

Cancellation.

up to 6 weeks before the planned arrival date without charge,
up to 4 weeks before the planned date 50% of the costs,
4 weeks or less before the arrival date 100% of the costs.
