The newly furnished apartment of over 56m2 is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful and private park. It consists of an air-conditioned living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a toilet, shower/bath and bidet. A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, combination microwave, washing machine and Nespresso machine. Towels and bed linen are provided and Wi-Fi is available. From the sunny balcony you have a view of the beautiful tropical garden with shared swimming pool. Parking is free in the designated areas.

A place under the sun! Who doesn't dream of that?

In 2022 we, Nico & Nancy, took the step to make our dream a reality. Casa Rusty, Torrevieja has become this special place.

After a major renovation, both medical and cosmetic, we look back on a great adventure with a beautiful result.

Because we unfortunately cannot stay there all year round, we also offer our apartment for rent for people who, just like us, love the Spanish sun!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

15% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
50% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
70% of the rent if canceled more than 1 month but no longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period
90% of the rent in case of cancellation from 1 day but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period;
100% of the rental price in case of cancellation on the commencement date of the rental period.
