Classification
Enter the property through a beautiful driveway with an automatic gate and be welcomed into our home. Upon entering through the front door, you are welcomed into a spacious hallway with a guest toilet.
On the left side of the hallway is the attractive living room, which leads to the conservatory. Here you can enjoy the dining table that seats ten people. From the conservatory you have access to the most beautiful spot in Moraira: the luxurious terrace. This lovely spot offers spectacular sea views and is equipped with comfortable bamboo sunbeds, a dining table for ten people, a spacious swimming pool, outdoor shower and toilet. Imagine how wonderful it is to enjoy the sun and the view here!

For culinary enthusiasts there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, large oven, microwave and dishwasher. The ideal place to get together and prepare delicious meals. Adjacent is a utility room with a second fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer.

On the left side of the hallway you will find the 'Terra' bedroom, which can be used as a 4th bedroom. Cordoned off by curtains and a double sofa bed. On the right is the 'Yellow' bedroom, also for two people, with a luxurious en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs are the 'Purple' bedroom, with an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and the 'Green' bedroom, with an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms upstairs are also equipped with comfortable double beds and offer stunning views. All three bedrooms have blinding shutters and mosquito nets.

Amenities and extras
• Privacy & Security: The house is fully fenced and offers maximum privacy. The driveway offers parking for four cars. For extra security, there is an alarm system and a safe. First aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher are provided.

• Climate & Comfort: Thanks to the ideal location on a mountain, there is always a wonderful breeze through the house. All windows have blackout shutters.

• Capacity & Flexibility: Casa Moraira Mágica offers space for one family to six people. For more than six people, consultation with the landlord is required and also for an additional price of X people. A cot can be rented at an additional cost. The property is also ideal for retreats and can accommodate ten people.

• Service: Bed linen and towels are included on arrival. Interim change of linen and cleaning are possible at an additional cost or can be washed yourself. The final cleaning is €250.

• Check-in before 16:00 and check-out before 10:00.
