The lower floor welcomes you into an open and bright living room that offers direct access to the garden and pool. The space features a comfortable sitting area with large sofa, Smart TV with international channels, and high-speed wireless internet (WiFi) throughout the house. Thanks to the large sliding glass doors, the connection to the outdoors is seamless, so you can always enjoy the beautiful views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances: an induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, and all the necessary cooking utensils and crockery. The adjoining dining area seats 6 people, perfect for communal meals. On the upper floor are the three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) and offers direct access to a private terrace with stunning views of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean. This room features a spacious wardrobe and a desk, ideal for those who want to work or write during the holidays. The en-suite bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are also equipped with king-size beds (1.60 x 2.00 meters), spacious closets, and each have their own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden you will find everything you need for relaxation and entertainment. The heated private swimming pool (8m×4m) has built-in massage beds and atmospheric lighting, ideal for both day and night. Around the pool there are comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, so you can relax and enjoy the Canarian sun. In addition, there is a jacuzzi for 4-6 people, discreetly placed for extra privacy, where you can relax after a day of activities. The upper part of the garden houses a barbecue area with a spacious 40 m² terrace, ideal for cozy alfresco dinners while overlooking the surrounding nature and the golf course. The terrace is fully furnished with garden furniture, including a large dining table and chairs. The villa also features four electric bikes (available for an additional fee), perfect for exploring the area.
