Nearby you will find the village of Las Galletas. Here you can walk along the boulevard and enjoy the local cuisine. In the harbor you can see all kinds of authentic fishing boats and there is also a market every Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Next to the harbor you will find the fish market.
You can reach Los Cristianos in 30 minutes by bus. Where you will find beautiful stands and can shop to your heart's content.

Additional costs for this apartment are: 40 euros final cleaning. And 10 euros per person for laundry.
Late check-in and early check-out between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM costs 25 euros extra.

Cancellation:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
