A modern, spacious and clean apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, etc.
Large terrace with side views of the sea and pool. On the terrace a spacious dining table for al fresco dining and a nice lounge area to relax after a full day in the sun.
Both bedrooms have a double bed of 1.60 by 2.00. Both bedrooms have spacious closets for the clothes you have brought with you.
Bed linen and towels provided. There is also a parking space in the underground car park. Do not suffer from parking problems while staying in the apartment.
The complex features a beautiful heated swimming pool with plenty of space around it to enjoy the sun. Sun loungers are provided. There is also a playground for children.

Within walking distance of the beach of Playa Paraiso with the new promenade, the new shopping center Rosa Center with a large supermarket and many other shops with everything you need for a nice day of shopping.
The bus stop is very close to the complex and will take you to Costa Adeje or Los Cristianos without any problems.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs for this apartment are: 60 euros final cleaning. And 10 euros per person costs for laundry.
Late check in and early check out between 19.00 and 7.00 costs 25 euros extra.
Mandatory 7% IGIC to be paid on site.
Cot and high chair can be rented on site for a fee.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
