This 'high-end' apartment is located on the exclusive Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort. The apartment is located in a private residence with a swimming pool and within walking distance of the beautiful clear blue lagoon.
You can easily park your car in the underground parking garage, from where you can take the elevator to the apartment on the first floor. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with a walk-in rain shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are of course air-conditioned. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a 'Boho Chic' feel.
The open kitchen with island offers many good facilities, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, combination microwave, washing machine and directly filtered 'Spa Blue' water from the tap. The cozy living room opens onto a terrace of 13 m² overlooking the green garden and the swimming pool.

Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is a new and impressive resort under construction. A natural and sustainable living environment on the Costa Cálida, unique in Europe! The resort is located between the charming village of Torre-Pacheco and the coastal town of Los Alcázares.
The luxury villas and apartments are located around a central park with a large, clear blue lagoon with two islands and four white beaches. The resort has a beach club with a luxurious restaurant and a gym. In addition, there is a range of other (sports) activities, such as kayaking and paddleboarding in the lagoon, adventure golf and miles of hiking and biking trails. Also, the resort has playgrounds for children, a BBQ field, space for picnics and other recreational activities. The focus on both relaxation and activity makes the resort attractive to people of all ages.

Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The guest pays the total price of the reservation if he/she cancels within 14 days of arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she will pay the total price of the reservation.

Additional costs
Per stay costs are charged for cleaning, laundry bed linen, towels and kitchen towels and tea towels and gas, water and electricity. This is a one-time fee of EUR 175.

The tourist tax will also be charged extra.

La Reserva Beach Sport Club | The lagoon is surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches with thatched umbrellas. Specially demarcated swimming areas allow you to enjoy yourself in peace and quiet without being disturbed by water sports activities. In the middle of the lagoon are two islands, one of which has an atmospheric Mojito bar where you can also enjoy delicious food.
The La Reserva Beach Sport Club offers a large gym, a luxurious restaurant and a chill-out terrace with spectacular views over the lake and beaches. Lagoon with sustainable technology | The lagoon is Europe's largest artificial lake and uses the innovative Crystal Lagoons® technology. This specially developed filtration system is designed for large lakes and swimmable lagoons. It is the most efficient technology worldwide, as it uses only half the water compared to a traditional water feature of the same size. Thanks to the closed-loop system, the water is purified and reused, with only minimal replenishment upon evaporation.
The system uses up to 100 times fewer chemicals than traditional swimming pools and consumes only 2% of the energy required for classic pool filtration systems. The largest lake in the world with Crystal Lagoons® technology is located in Dubai, but this lagoon offers a unique opportunity to enjoy this sustainable innovation close to home.
