Welcome to our newly built apartment (°2024) on the paradisiacal Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort, a unique holiday spot in the south of Spain. Our apartment is the ideal place to stay to enjoy and relax a carefree holiday on the sunny Costa Cálida.
Apartment facilities
- 2 spacious bedrooms with a unique view of the mountains and citrus trees. The master bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm). The second bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters to ensure a good night's sleep.
- 2 bathrooms: the master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There is an additional bathroom, ideal for children or guests, also with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
- a modern and bright living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, induction hob, kitchen utensils, kettle and coffee maker (Dolce Gusto).
- a spacious and sunny terrace: enjoy a drink under the Spanish sun in the cozy lounge set or start your day with a delicious breakfast at the dining table on the terrace.
- heated outdoor swimming pool in the residence (accessible all year round).
- Private parking: A parking space is available inside the residence, closed with a gate to park your car safely.
- 55-inch smart TV with (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast and Airplay.
- Extra amenities: washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, air conditioning, wifi.
- A baby bed and high chair are available free of charge on request.
Resort facilities
- free access to Santa Rosalía Lake, the largest swimming pool (lake) in Europe! Enjoy swimming fun with various water sports activities and white sandy beaches in a Caribbean atmosphere.
- free access to the gym of La Reserva Beach Sport Club. The modern fitness equipment ensures an ideal workout during your holiday.
To make you feel completely at home, there are games (UNO, Rummikub, etc.) and reading books in Dutch and English available in the apartment.

- The 'Crystal Lagoon', where you can enjoy free swimming fun in a Caribbean atmosphere. The lagoon features 2 islands, one of which has a cocktail bar (only open in July and August). The lagoon is surrounded by several white sandy beaches and grassy areas with sun loungers and thatched umbrellas.
- La Reserva Beach Club, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, a light lunch or a gourmet dinner. You will have a unique view of the lagoon.
- Various sports facilities at the resort, such as fitness (free), beach volleyball, basketball, table tennis, adventure golf (surcharge), kayaking (surcharge) and SUP (surcharge).
