Villa Guapa

Detached design villa for 4 people with private pool.

Our holiday home is a recently newly built and spacious modern villa with garden, bbq, saltwater swimming pool, solarium with outdoor kitchen and has 2 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and all amenities such as internet (fiber optic), air conditioning, washing machine and much more.
The modern villa has a sunny garden on the southwest.

In addition to a nice living room and kitchen (fully equipped), we have a nice heated saltwater swimming pool that offers the necessary refreshment after a day out or on hot days, an outdoor shower, outdoor bbq, a lovely terrace with a large dining table and an outdoor bar. The 2 nice bright bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes and each have their own complete bathroom with rain shower. In the garage you will find the bicycles, pool toys, computer corner, washing machine and dryer etc.
(Swimming pool can be heated in advance with a 50€ start-up fee.)

Then we have a lovely large roof terrace with sunbeds, lounge set, high bar, outdoor shower and sun awning (pergola) for when it gets too hot and you prefer some shade.

The house is located near the famous beaches Lo Pagan and Santiago de la Ribera. San Javier (Murcia) airport is about a 30-minute drive away. The "Dos Mares" shopping center is also about 5 minutes (2.7km) away and the supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques and cinema are within walking distance of the villa.

Enjoy the promenade of Santiago de la Ribera and Lo Pagan both day and night, with numerous restaurants and some great little tapas bars or enjoy the popular marina. This area has a spa and also offers a variety of sporting activities, including seasonal water sports. There is also the fantastic Pinatar Footbal Arena center (2km): Belgian teams come here to train. Not to mention, some particularly good golf courses are very close by!
