Casa de Sebilla" is a new-build villa with private swimming pool located ± 700 meters from the village and ± 1.5 km from the beach.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom .
Air conditioning - Satellite TV - WiFi - Chromecast - JBL box - Games.
Including: Bed and bath linen - Beach towel - Shower gel - Shampoo - toilet paper - various. spices in the kitchen - dishwasher and washing machine tablets.

± 700 meters further away is the small center where there are several restaurants.
The entire area here is flat, so you can walk everywhere if you don't want to go by car. Or explore the area by bike (2 bicycles are available).
The boulevard on the Mar Menor is approximately 1.5 km, where you can enjoy various terraces along the beach. Or you can walk the entire boulevard to the next charming village of Santiago de la Ribera, where there are also several restaurants.

The Mediterranean Sea is approximately 5 km away, where we often enjoy a breakfast or a delicious lunch at one of the beach bars on the beach (in season).

For golf enthusiasts, there are golf courses nearby, including Lo Romero Golf (11 km) and Roda Golf (15 km).
Or go diving at one of the diving centers in Cabo de Palos, just a ± 35-minute drive from the house.

A bakery within walking distance ± 650 m. and the 'Día' supermarket with its own fresh fish and meat department.

Or to the Mercadona which is 1 km away.
Close by is also a shopping center 'Dos Mares Shopping' (± 2.6 km), where the Carrefour is also located and various other shops, such as some clothing stores and drugstores.

There is a (Dutch speaking) manager who can be contacted at any time.

The layout of the house is as follows:

Ground floor:
Air conditioning - 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom with its own outdoor seating area - the living room with open kitchen with cooking island and a 6-person dining table.

What equipment is there in the kitchen: an oven - microwave - 3-burner induction hob - dishwasher (including a number of tablets) - fridge/freezer combination - citrus juicer - kettle - Nespresso coffee machine (including a number of cups) - Nespresso milk frother - tostadora - contact grill.

There is also a separate toilet between the kitchen and the bedroom on the ground floor.

A large sliding door that you can open so far that you can even watch TV from the terrace through the flexible mounting system. The TV has Dutch channels and even Fox Sports 1 and there is a Chromecast.

Relax and lounge in the lounge dinner set by the pool. The sun rises in the morning on the left side when you sit on the terrace and then turns to the right, so you can enjoy the sun at the pool almost all day long. where there are also 4 sun loungers.

The swimming pool with saltwater system (better for the skin) has a seat and a waterfall.
Even in spring and autumn you can enjoy swimming because the pool water can be heated (on request).

Furthermore, each bedroom has 2 x single box springs from the Swiss Sense brand, a built-in wardrobe with enough storage space, a private bathroom en suite with a sink, toilet and a walk-in shower with soap, shower gel and shampoo and a hairdryer.

I chose this place because it is a flat area and the house is in a completely new neighborhood within walking distance of the center with various amenities. restaurants and 1.5 km from the beach.

I have decorated the house with great care and pleasure and hope that you enjoy it all as much as I do.
