Casa de Sebilla

"Casa de Sebilla" is a newly built villa with private pool located at ± 700 meters from the village and ± 1.5 km from the beach. 
Each bedroom has its own bathroom en-suite.
Air conditioning - Satellite TV - WiFi - Chromecast - JBL box - Games.
Including: Bed/bath linen - Beach towel - Shower gel - Shampoo - toilet paper - div. spices in the kitchen - sugar - dishwasher / and washing machine tablets.   

± 700 meters away is the small center where a few restaurants are located.
The whole area is flat here, so you can walk anywhere if you don't want to go by car. Or explore the area by bike (2 bicycles are available). 
The boulevard on the Mar Menor is ± 1.5 km, here you can enjoy various terraces along the beach.  You can walk the entire boulevard to the next cozy village of Santiago de la Ribera, where there are also several restaurants. 

The Mediterranean Sea is ± 5 km away, here we often enjoy breakfast or a delicious lunch at one of the beach bars on the beach (in season). 

For the golf enthusiast there are golf courses nearby, including Lo Romero Golf (11 km) and Roda Golf (15 km).
Or go diving at one of the dive centers in Cabo de Palos just ± 35 min. drive from the house.

Within walking distance (± 650 mtr.) you will find a bakery and the supermarket 'Día' with its own fresh fish and meat department. Recently, there is now also a Mercadona 1 km away.

Nearby is also a shopping center "Dos Mares Shopping" (± 2.6 km), where the Carrefour is also located and various other shops, such as some clothing stores and drugstores.   

There is a (Dutch-speaking) manager who can be contacted at any time.

The layout of the house is as follows:

Ground floor:
Air conditioning - 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom with its own outdoor seating area - the living room with open kitchen with cooking island and a 6-person dining table.

What is there in terms of equipment in the kitchen: an oven - microwave - 3-burner induction hob - dishwasher (incl. a number of tablets) - fridge / freezer - juicer - kettle - Nespresso coffee machine (incl. a number of cups) - milk frother - toaster - contact grill - plancha. 

There is also a separate toilet between the kitchen and the bedroom on the ground floor.

A large sliding door, which you can open so far so that you can even watch TV from the terrace through the flexible hanging system. The TV has Dutch channels and even Fox Sports 1 and there is a Chromecast.
 
Relax and lounge in the poolside lounge dinner set, The sun rises in the morning on the left side when you sit on the terrace and then turns to the right, so you can enjoy the sun almost all day at the pool, where there are also sunbeds. 

The swimming pool with saltwater system (better for the skin) also has a seat.
Even in spring and autumn you can enjoy swimming because (on request) the pool water can be heated.

Furthermore, each bedroom has 2 x 1 person box spring from the Swiss Sense brand, a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a private bathroom en suite with a sink, toilet and a walk-in shower with soap - shower gel - shampoo and a hair dryer.

The price shown is for an occupancy of 4 people.

I chose this place because this is a flat area and the house is in a completely new residential area within walking distance of the center with div. restaurants and 1.5 km from the beach. 

I have furnished the house with great care and pleasure and hope that you enjoy it all just like we do.
