Casa Kempenita is a beautiful and cozy newly furnished apartment from 2026 without communal areas with a private garden and a private swimming pool. There is room for 4 people.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen equipment, appliances and there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bed and bath linen is provided as well as towels for outside at the pool.
There are bicycles that you can use for free, one electric women's bike and 2 sporty men's bikes.
Parking is free along the apartment on the public road.
Our apartment is located in the cozy coastal town of Santiago de la Ribera, on the shores of the beautiful Mar Menor, in the sunny region of Murcia on the Costa Cálida.
