This attractively furnished Spanish family home is located in Lo Pagán. The beaches and promenade of San Pedro are a 10-minute walk away. In addition, all important amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and shops can be found at a short distance.

The house offers a cozy terrace at the front of the house. At the rear of the house is a patio where you can also dine if you want a little more privacy. The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa. The closed kitchen is equipped with gas stove, sink, extractor hood, oven, fridge/freezer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house. Here is the double bed (160 x 200). This is spacious and has a small balcony. The second bedroom is located at the rear of the house. Here are the two single beds (80 x 200). In addition, the bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with shower can be found here. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive when booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported in writing to the landlord as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit made with the reservation of the property.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the accommodation plus the administration costs.
