Welcome to our beautiful, cozy house located in Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar).

The house has all the facilities you could wish for on holiday. Unlike many other houses, it has 2 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bed linen and towels.

For your entertainment there is free wifi and TV with over 100 channels.

And all this just 50 meters from a local supermarket and 500 meters from a beautiful beach with restaurants and shops on a 6 km long promenade.

Also close by is the protected natural park of the Salinas of San Pedro del Pinatar, an area where a large number of species of migratory birds come to nest.

There is plenty to do in Lo Pagan as this area offers a wide range of activities that will make your stay even more enjoyable.

You can make use of the world-famous therapeutic properties of the mud, which is especially suitable for the treatment of bone and skin disorders, which you can use completely free of charge.

Other activities include cycling in the area, practicing water sports such as sailing, scuba diving or windsurfing, seeing pink flamingos in the wild, visiting the cities of Cartagena, Murcia and Torrevieja...

And if you have children, they will have a great time at the continuous funfair.

In short, this lively tourist center offers so many activities that time will fly by and you will enjoy your stay in our house so much that you will look forward to coming back.

Explanation of prices

The prices apply per night for a maximum of 5 people. The prices include bed linen, towels, and kitchen textiles.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY-PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

When booking you pay a reservation fee of 30% of the total rent. The remainder of the travel sum must be received by us 5 weeks before arrival. When traveling with an arrival within 5 weeks, payment of the full travel sum is required upon booking.
When booking you pay a reservation fee of 30% of the total rent. After payment of these reservation costs, we can finalize the booking. In principle, these costs are deducted from the total rental amount.However, if you wish to cancel, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks before the start of your stay. In that case, you will receive a refund of your reservation costs. In case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the start of your stay until 5 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the total rent. In case of cancellation from 5 weeks before the start of your stay or in case of no-show, the cancellation costs are 100% of the total amount.
A cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.
The deposit is € 150 and must be paid 5 weeks before arrival, together with the remainder of the travel sum.
The deposit or the remainder of the deposit will be returned to you within 10 days after departure.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Our house is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival but in consultation it may be that the house is available earlier.
You must vacate the house no later than 11.00 am on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in additional charges including the cost of one day's accommodation.
